Extended Care Rates
The cost for extended care is $50 per week.
We will be offering extended care only at the MYAC location available for student in K-4 grade programing. Extended care will take place from 3pm-4:30pm.
Summer Academy Extended Care
Extended Care is designed to help busy working parents. This program offers students an opportunity to participate in games, memorize lines, practice scene work, meet new friends, or just hang out.
Extended Care will be available Monday-Friday at the Milwaukee Youth Arts Center location from 3pm-4:30pm by purchase only. There is no extended care option prior to 3:00PM. If your child’s class session ends before 3:00PM, please plan accordingly for pick up. There is no extended care option at other locations besides the Milwaukee Youth Arts Center.
Purchase
Extended care is available each week of Summer Academy. Please be sure to purchase accordingly.
Other Information
There is no extended care option between the times of 9:00AM-3:00PM. If your child’s class session ends between the hours of 9:00AM-4:30PM, please plan accordingly for pick up.
Late Fees
Any students in K-4 grade programs at the Milwaukee Youth Arts Center that are picked up after 3:15pm will be placed in extended care as a safety precaution. If your child is not signed up for extended care and you pick them up late during extended care two or more times, you will be charged the full extended care amount.
Students are not allowed to wait outside unattended. Should you ever be running late to pick up your students, always notify the Academy Office. Students in 5-12 grade programs at the Milwaukee Youth Arts Center should be picked up no later than 4:30pm. The first time you are late to pick up your student, you will be given written notice. All following instances will result in a $20 late fee.
